To the Curb - Pink Flamingo
Pink Flamingo. One of my favorites! I was photographing the tv set when the guy walked up and just hung out there, visibly puzzled at why I had an interest in such a mundane scene. Finally, he scratched his head comic-book-like and walked on down the sidewalk with his flamingo. This is from my "To the Curb" series, which honors and immortalizes the hardworking household items that we cast out unceremoniously onto the street.
